Thomas N. Frye
Tom received his BS and MS degrees from Oklahoma State University, majoring in Agriculture Education.  After completion of ROTC at OSU, he went on active duty as a 2nd Lieut., serving in Korea.

Upon returning from the Korean War, he became an instructor in the Long Beach School District.  Later, a counselor and then a school administrator.

He has served on the boards of Youth for Christ and Baptist Gardens for 36 years.  He is currently the Chairman of the Board for both organizations.

Tom and his lovely wife have been married for 60 years.  Bethel Grace Baptist in Bellflower, California is their home church.  They have two adult children.
John L. Ivins
CEO and President of Engineers Sales Service Co., Inc. (aka ESSCO)

John Ivins, the CEO and President of ESSCO, has been involved in the design and development of many pumps and pump related products since 1976. With John in a leadership position the company has become known “can do” supplier taking on difficult challenges with marked success. Under his leadership the company has prospered and has grown from a 2 person operation to one with many employees and multiple synergistic partnerships throughout the United State.

In addition to business related interests John holds strong Christian views and applies those principles both in business and everyday life. John has served as a leader for many men’s groups and ministries in his church Emmanuel Reformed Church in Paramount Ca. Having helped organize and lead Men’s Ministry, helped bring Promise Keepers to ERC, Sunday afternoon parking lot basket ball which lead to a highly organized Monday Night Basketball league that currently reaches over 150 inner city at risk youth on any given Monday night. These are just a few examples of where John has been called to serve. John willingness to serve and has been demonstrated by being elected to the Church Board of Deacons and Elders on multiple occasions.

John attended Lakewood High School, UC Irvine and is married to Maureen with 4 children and 9 grandchildren.
Kent Dalton
Supplying solutions is what has been a motivating factor throughout Kent Dalton’s life. His sales career started as the youngest employee ever of a Fortune 500 company which allowed for him to experience business trade on a global scale. The global market appealed to him which lead to importing and exporting of goods in several countries.

As Kent was involved with distributing the goods and meeting customer’s needs he saw an opportunity to grow in the supply chain and acquired and partnered with design and manufacturing companies.

He has enjoyed being part of different industries that include textile, promotion, fluid transfer, petro-chem and refining. His companies are Ultima Sportswear, WD Refiner Sales, Luberclean and Sovereign Valve, managing REMCO Equipment. He received his education from Long Beach City College, Moody Bible Institute and Clemson University.

Kent has served within the ministry of the church for most of his life, whether it be in serving as a lay leader, deacon, pastor or worship leader. Kent has a passion to communicate the Truths of the Bible whenever he can.

Kent and his wife Dawna have been married nearly 20 years and have been blessed with two wonderful daughters whom they have the privilege to homeschool.
Gary Crew
When looking out at the horizon of Los Angeles and Orange counties many significant structures stand out along the skyline that Gary Crew has been involved constructing. Whether it be courthouses, federal buildings, commercial and residential properties, shopping centers or amusement parks, Gary has been the Foreman/Superintendent to. Make our south land better.

Gary and his wife Sheri have been married for 23 years with three beautiful daughters and one sweet grand daughter . He has served for several years within the church as a deacon and many other areas of servant leadership. He and his family are members of Bethany Church in Long Beach.
Earl Johnson
Mr. Johnson has been retired for the past seven years, a Christian since 1955 and married to Ann for sixty years. They have five children. He was born in 1929 and is from St. Louis MO. The Navy brought him to California and they moved here permanently in 1956. He graduated from California State University Long Beach in 1960 with a degree in business/finance and was a stock broker with Dean Witter and a financial wholesaler until retirement. Since retirement he is active in his church, works with the active Navy and Coast Guard, and rows nearly every day. He serves on several Christian boards.
David Larson
David Larson attends St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in Newport Beach, CA. In addition to being a member of the Baptist Gardens Board of Directors, he has been a part of Praise Symphony Orchestra, on their mission team in Chile. He also is a co-founder of a fund raising organization to fight various medical conditions.

His expertise is as a commercial loan executive for apartment building, with three major lenders over the last 25 years.

He has his MBA and BS degrees from the University of Southern California.
Mark Larson

Mark has been in commercial real estate since 1979, and specializes in the sale of commercial investment properties oriented towards the Private Capital market. Mark has been involved in over 1000 commercial properties in excess of five million square feet, at a total value in excess of $4 billion. His expertise is in positioning the property in the marketplace and knowing which buyers are active and will pay the highest price. He has represented institutional, regional and individual owners. Mark has averaged one closing every 13 days for over 8 years!
